I’ve long wanted to create an entire dark ambient styled piece using nothing but a Tibetan Singing Bowl as my instrument. This 17 minute song features layer after layer after layer of various recordings I made while playing. The recordings have received a great deal of post work and I’ve transformed them into echoing dark drones, which I can only hope bring the listener to a trance like, yet relaxed state while drifting away to another world.

We currently find ourselves in a very, very sick world without a certain future resembling what we all have come to know as being normal. Many of us, myself included, have been quarantined. The days ahead will be tough. Scary, even. However, if we do what needs to be done we can beat this and move on.

This is music to temporarily leave this world. It’s repetitive in its nature, but healing to some degree in its overall scope. Hopefully it brings you some temporary peace. Close your eyes. Leave this world behind.
